Over 2,000 words and I haven't even gotten to the sex yet. I'm writing an AU about freaking PORN STARS, WTH?!?!

Also, I spent like 20 minutes of my life looking up the Porn Oscars for accuracy in the fic because that's how I roll.

Tomorrow I will not get anything written because I was invited to a movie marathon with sort of friends/sort of classmates. Mostly this is an attempt by me to join a social situation in which I am less likely to feel extremely awkward. We'll see if it works.

Oh, oh, ETA from misachan: I will do a commentary track on any of my stories, like the audio extra on a DVD, talking about what went into it and my general thoughts on it.

Finals are upon me all next week, and I - because I'm a moron - have also agreed to help out on someone else's set over the next two weekends. Geez, I'm already exhausted;)

While not busy flailing, I have watched Chuck (OMG, MADE OF AWESOME!), Castle (still adorable), read an epic J2 fic (which, I'm sure everyone has already read, but I'm reccing anyway, because it's about spies), rewatched The Fast and the Furious and watched the newest one (Oh boys), read massive amounts of F&F fic, which was all good but sort of jumbled in my head, and had a very low key birthday.

I am always pleasantly surprised when people remember my birthday, because I'm aware that I pretty much suck at remembering other people's:)

Okay, so I'm helping my sister out this week since she's all post surgery with now three kids so I haven't been paying attention to my flist at all this week and I am way behind with the squee. This saddens me even if the kids are mostly cute because OMG SHOW!

There's pretty much nothing that I can say about SGA that hasn't already been said (and can't be summed up in three words - ( Spoiler! ) - though I do find it funny that there was no ( Spoiler! ). Thanks for throwing us a line there Joe, I rate it a 10 for execution, but only an 8 for content.

Since far fewer people are talking about it, however, I am going to review Merlin, so ( Spoilers! )

On a completely unrelated note, I somehow look like I've been punched in the eye - swollen, bruised, etc. I've decided to blame my cat.

In other news, I was flipping back and forth between SGA and the debates and I now give you the most shallow reason ever on why I don't like McCain: If turtles could talk, they would look and sound exactly like that man. And I like turtles, but I don't want one for President.
